SHIPPING*

The times within which the courier is given the shipment vary depending on the availability of the items, where not indicated with the wording “TO ORDER”, the items will be shipped within 5 working days from the date of the order, for all others the timing will be communicated by e-mail when your order is received by us.

 

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

Shipments throughout Italy (including the islands) are made with GLS’s National Express service.

The shipping cost is calculated in three brackets:
– Small shipping 0-3-kg: € 10
– Average shipping 3-10 kg: € 15
– Shipping of bulky items (e.g. carriers, kennels, etc.): € 20

Shipments in Italy are free for all orders equal to or greater than € 150.

DELIVERY TIMES: deliveries in Italy will be made in 24 hours with the exception of Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia where the times will still be within 48 hours from shipment.

 

SHIPMENTS TO EU AREAS

Within the EU zone we deliver to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Latvia, Liechtstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden and Hungary.

The shipping cost for the entire EU zone is calculated in three brackets:
– Small shipping 0-3-kg: € 20*
– Average shipping 3-10 kg: € 30*
– Shipping of bulky items (e.g. carriers, kennels, etc.): € 40*

Shipments to the EU are free for all orders equal to or greater than € 250*.

*Where applicable, any customs charges are always the responsibility of the recipient, even in the event of a return.

EU DELIVERY TIMES: Deliveries to the EU zone will be made from 3 to 6 working days.

 

SHIPMENTS TO NON-EU AREAS

For all areas not mentioned in the paragraph “Shipments to Italy” and “Shipments to EU areas” we invite you to send us an email specifying the items of your interest and the delivery address to exclusive@nottoopet.com to request a detailed shipping quote (any customs costs excluded).

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

At the time of shipment, you will receive an email from our automated system containing the tracking number and a link to track the status of the shipment along with an email from the freight forwarder through which you can schedule your delivery.

Once the order has been sent, the delivery time no longer depends directly on us; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs checks or force majeure beyond our control. In such circumstances, your contact person will be the freight forwarder.

Upon receipt of the goods, we invite you to carefully check the package before signing to confirm delivery. If the packaging is tampered with, we ask you to sign with reserve or refuse delivery.

In the event that the shipment has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there are obvious signs of tampering, please report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact us at exclusive@nottoopet.com.
