TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE*
Below are the general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, “Terms of Use”) of the www.nottoopet.com website (hereinafter, the “Site”), in the name and managed by PET CONCEPT ITALIA di Lombardi Davide, Via Salvatore Quasimodo n. 40, 40013 – Castel Maggiore (BO), Italy, REA (BO) 554757, VAT 03902131204 (hereinafter, “PET CONCEPT ITALIA”), that the visitor and/or user of the Site (hereinafter, “User”) is required to comply.
In the event that the User does not agree with these “Terms of Use”, he/she must refrain from using the Site.
The User must be of legal age (at least 18 years old). Otherwise, you must refrain from using the Site and the services available on the Site.
1. Intellectual property protection and prohibition of scraping/AI
The texts, images, drawings, icons and any other material on the Site are protected by copyright or other provisions on intellectual property and are the exclusive property of PET CONCEPT ITALIA and/or third parties.
Duplication, reproduction, even partial, downloading, communication to third parties, publication or dissemination by any means and more generally any act of disposal or use of the material contained in the Site – including web scraping, web data extraction or training of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning or similar models – is prohibited, unless expressly indicated otherwise contained in the Site or with prior written authorization from PET CONCEPT ITALY and/or the respective rights holders.
2. Distinguishing marks
The names and/or distinctive signs, as well as the logos used on the Site are the exclusive property of PET CONCEPT ITALIA or third parties.
The use or reproduction in any form or manner of such names and/or signs and logos is prohibited, unless expressly indicated otherwise contained in the Site or with prior written authorization from the respective rights holders.
3. Services available on the Site
Through the Site, the User can use, in particular, the following services:
“Contacts”. By filling out the appropriate form, the User can contact PET CONCEPT ITALIA to request information;
“Newsletter”. The User, by giving his/her consent to receive PET CONCEPT ITALIA’s commercial communications, will receive communications on PET CONCEPT ITALIA’s commercial news by e-mail. The procedure for the electronic acquisition of consent involves the User clicking on the appropriate confirmation link received by e-mail (so-called “double opt-in”). In the event of failure to click within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the User’s receipt of the e-mail containing the confirmation link, the User’s personal data will be deleted for this purpose and the acquisition of the User’s consent will be considered unsuccessful. In the event of a successful outcome of the consent procedure, the User may at any time unsubscribe from this service/revoke his/her consent/exercise his/her right to object to the receipt of such commercial communications by using the appropriate link at the bottom of each newsletter or by contacting PET CONCEPT ITALIA at the addresses on the Website and in these “Terms of Use” (“Contacts” paragraph);

“Registration”. By filling out the appropriate form, the User can register on the Site (i) to make the purchase, (ii) to be facilitated in the online purchase of products on the Site by saving their data (name and surname, contact, payment and shipping data) or the products of their interest, as well as (iii) to have access to the history of their purchases on the Site. Registration is required to make a purchase on the Site. The registration procedure involves a click by the User on the confirmation link received by e-mail (so-called “double opt-in”). In the event of failure to click within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the User’s receipt of the e-mail containing the confirmation link, the User’s personal data will be deleted for this purpose and the User’s registration procedure will be considered unsuccessful. In the event of a successful completion of the registration procedure, the User’s reserved area will be accessible using personal codes (username and password) chosen by the User. The Registered User is obliged to exercise the utmost diligence in the use and custody of access codes (and is therefore obliged, in particular but not exclusively, not to store them in plain text in unguarded places or on the computer screen or in the computer’s memory) and is therefore responsible for all consequences associated with any misuse of such codes. The username and password of the registered User are strictly personal and non-transferable. In the event of loss, theft or well-founded fear that their access codes have come to the knowledge of third parties, the registered User is required to change them promptly and immediately notify PET CONCEPT ITALIA. It is also a good security rule to periodically change your password and, in any case, change it at least every 90 (ninety) days. The User should also adopt access codes that are not easily traceable to him/her, using uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. PET CONCEPT ITALIA reserves the right to suspend the authorizations related to the access codes until they are restored. Without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of law, PET CONCEPT ITALIA is in any case not responsible for damages that may arise to the registered User due to the improper use of access codes. PET CONCEPT ITALIA reserves the right to suspend or revoke the “User Registration” service in the event of violation of the obligations assumed by the registered User pursuant to these “Terms of Use” and any other contractual or legal provision, general or special, governing the services provided through the Site. The User may at any time decide to cancel his/her account using the appropriate function in his/her reserved area (“Cancel Account” function) or by contacting PET CONCEPT ITALIA at the addresses indicated on the Website and in these “Terms of Use” (“Contacts” paragraph).
4. Online Selling
Through the Site, the User will be able to purchase online the products offered for sale by PET CONCEPT ITALIA.
The sale is reserved for the User who declares to be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and to make the purchase as a “consumer”, i.e. a natural person who makes the purchase for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity carried out.
Users who intend to make an online purchase are invited to carefully read the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” of the Site.
5. Limitations on the use of the Site
It is expressly forbidden to use any part, section, content or service of the Site for directly or indirectly commercial or advertising activities of any kind, without the express written authorization of PET CONCEPT ITALIA.
6. Limitation of Liability
The texts, information and services available through the Site are subject to periodic changes and may contain errors.
To the extent permitted by law, PET CONCEPT ITALIA and/or its suppliers shall not be held liable to the User and any third parties for direct or indirect damages or for damages of any kind – including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use or loss of data – deriving from, or in any way connected to, your use of the Site and its services, the delay or inability to use the Site or related services, the provision or failure to provide services, or any information, content, or services obtained through the Site.
7. Links to other websites
The Site may contain references to products and services provided by third parties or links to third-party websites.
PET CONCEPT ITALIA does not guarantee and does not assume any responsibility for the content and information provided by these third parties, their completeness or accuracy, nor for the content of the websites of these third parties and any products and services provided by them through these sites.

Any processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out by PET CONCEPT ITALIA in full compliance with current legislation and the provisions of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data. The User is invited to carefully read the “Privacy Policy” of the Site.

9. Suspension or Termination
PET CONCEPT ITALIA may suspend or terminate any or all of the services available on the Site or the User’s access to all or part of the Site, at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion.
